The year was 1976 when Salvatore's Restaurant opened its doors on 1333 Boston Road in Springfield, MA. We are a family owned business. Proprietors are John and Salvatore Scibelli and Sister Nancy (Scibelli) Carrie who joined her brothers in 1991.
We are an Italian/American restaurant serving lunch Mon-Fri, 11:00am to 3:00pm and Dinner Sun-Thur 4:00pm to 8:30pm and Fri & Sat 4:00pm to 10:00pm.
In 1985 the lounge area was enlarged and now entertains live music every Friday & Saturday evenings. Also, the addition of our banquet room, which seats up to 100 people, has served many functions; weddings, showers, birthdays, anniversaries, and Bereavement buffet luncheon or dinner.
Our banquet menu offers a buffet style or a sit down meal with many choices. Please refer to our banquet menu. We also offer trays of food which may be ordered for home functions or parties on our take-out menu. Ask about our delivery service by calling (413) 782-9968.
Another family member is our Chef Bill Scibelli who along with his staff prepares such favorites as Sole Francese, Veal Ala Chef and Beef Marsala to name a few.
